Managing Director: Knut Frederik Horn. born 1945. Knut has a Bachelor degree in education and 19 years experience from off-shore and shipping, 14 years as a teacher at TREIDER private college and 7 years as marketing director of WWF-Norway (World Wildlife Fund)

Chairperson - Board of Director: Ann-Kristin Hageløkken, born 1960. Ann-Kristin has more than 25 years experience with product, marketing and business development within the bank and telecommunication sector, the last 15 years at senior level. She is Managing Director of Biovekst AS and Bioparken AS. These companies have as a main objective to identify, develop and bring to market new inventions and business ideas. In addition, Ann-Kristin is also member of Board of Directors of several companies. She earned a bachelors degree in bioengineering from the University of Oslo, and a Master of Management from BI – Norwegian School of Management.

Member - Board of Directors: Tom Henriksen, Born 1952. Education: Marketing degree. Work experience: 15 years in Avis Rent a Car, as general manager of Avis Langtidsleie A/S. Started Rullestolekspertene AS (later Liko), with two other partners. Managing Director til 1997, later Managing Director in HandiCare AB in Sweden. Started Levo Scandinavia AS in 2000, together with the Swiss company Levo AG and was General Manager there until 2004. The company was sold to HandiCare ASA where he worked until December 2008. Now works as a consultant and lecturer.

Member - Board of Directors: Geir Brynildsen, born 1957. Geir is a lawyer and partner in FossBrynildsen DA, a law firm.
